ALSA Financial Talkshow #1 is an event under the Manager of the Sponsorship Division, which was held on April 16th, 2026, and conducted in a hybrid format. The event was held at Prof. Amzulian Rifai, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D. Hall – FH Tower 8th Floor, Palembang Campus, and via Zoom Cloud Meeting.
ALSA Financial Talkshow #1 discussed practices in banking law related to the business judgment rule principle, particularly in the context of bank credit distribution. This event aimed to provide education and insights for the younger generation, especially for members of ALSA LC Unsri. ALSA Financial Talkshow #1 carried the theme “Business Judgment Rule and Principle of Caution in Bank Management: Practice and Implementation Challenges". With this theme, participants were expected to gain a deeper understanding of the application of the business judgment rule principle in the banking industry, as well as to comprehend the challenges encountered in its practice.
