ALSA Member Upgrading #1 was launched on January 26th, 2025, and held offline at Neat Coworking Space, Palembang. One of the main responsibilities and functions of the Human Resources Development Division is to organize activities for human resource empowerment and development within ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya. This goal is achieved through the ALSA Member Upgrading work program, which aims to enhance members' soft and hard skills to establish a highly qualified ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya workforce. ALSA Member Upgrading #1 is titled "More to Explore: A Deep Dive into the Stages of Recruitment" provided valuable insights into the recruitment process.
