ALSA Member Upgrading program aims to enhance both the soft skills and hard skills of our members, thereby producing high-quality human resources within ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya.
ALSA Member Upgrading #1 is titled “Becoming Better: Developing Our Best Selves”, carrying the theme of “Self Development.” The agenda covers an understanding of the importance of self-development as an effort to become a better individual, as well as the fundamental concepts of self-development, including self-mastery, self-confidence, and personal potential management.
In addition, the speaker discusses effective communication skills, both verbally and through body language, enabling participants to become more confident in public speaking. The session also provides practical strategies and tips for improving communication skills and conveying ideas effectively. During the Q&A session, participants are given the opportunity to ask questions and gain insights from the speaker’s perspective as a professional recruiter.
