ALSA Member Upgrade #2 Launched on April 28, 2024 Offline. One of the main tasks and functions of the Human Resources Development Division is to organize human resources empowerment and improvement activities in the ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya, this goal is realized by the ALSA Member Upgrading work programme, which aims to strengthen the Soft Skills and Hard Skills of members, so that establish qualified ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya human resources. ALSA Member Upgrade #2 is titled "Plan Your Success, the Way to a Bright Future".
