ALSA Member Upgrading #2 was launched on September 18th, 2025, and held online via Zoom Cloud Meeting. One of the main responsibilities and functions of the Human Resources Development Division is to organize activities that empower and develop human resources within ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya. This objective is realized through the ALSA Member Upgrading program, which aims to enhance members’ soft and hard skills in order to build a highly qualified ALSA LC Unsri community. The first session, ALSA Member Upgrading #1, titled “Be Seen and Be Connected: Essential Self-Branding and Networking Skills for Young Professionals,” provided valuable insights to help members begin developing strong self-branding and expanding their professional networks.
