ALSA Member Upgrading #3 was carried out on April 9th, 2023.
ALSA Member Upgrading is a work program of the Human Resources Development division that aims to improve the soft and hard skills of members of the ALSA Local Chapter of Universitas Sriwijaya to produce qualified ALSA Local Chapter of Universitas Sriwijaya human resources and at ALSA Member Upgrading #3, the theme is "What HR look from fresh graduate?".
