ALSA Social Project is a work program under the Manager of Social Event ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya to realize one of ALSA's pillars, Social Responsibility, within the community by providing concrete benefits. ALSA Social Project aims to foster social awareness among members of the ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya and to provide concrete social impacts, manifested in the implementation of a fostered village themed "Wise Cultivation, Protected Environment" in Pelabuhan Dalam Village. This initiative serves as a form of outreach and education aimed at raising awareness among villagers about ensuring that existing resources can continue to meet their current needs without compromising their availability for the future. To preserve the environment, prioritize the efficient use of natural resources, and implement sustainable agricultural practices that can generate long-term benefits.

In the ALSA Social Project work program this time, it succeeded in attracting several partnerships such as the International Association of Students in Agricultural and Associated Sciences Local Committee of Universitas Sriwijaya, delivered by Aisyah as Deputy Local Director of IAAS who discussed the efficient use of natural resources and theories regarding sustainable agriculture, this activity also attracted Caha Ciya Lele which was attended by Coach Saefullah, S.E, CIHC as a speaker as well as running a catfish cultivation workshop as a form of standard practice for cultivating the resource itself.
