On Monday, August 9, 2020, the Project Officer Class (PO Class) was held. This event was held to introduce the members of ALSA LC UNSRI about work programs which will be opened on Rapat Umum I, and also to educated members of 2018 and 2019 who want to be a Project Officer from those work programs.
This event guided by the Manager of Human Resources Development Division, Chyntia Franslia as the moderator. The first agenda is the opening by the Director of ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya, Fadhlan Taufiqurrahman. Then, it continued by the brief description of everything about work programs which will be opened on:
1. Rapat Umum I such as Parents Socialization by Dameina Restu as The Manager of Internal Relation,
2. P3AB and OLMA by Chyntia Franslia as The Manager of Human Resources Development, 3. ALSA Anniversary by Tiara Maulidya as the Manager of Demisioner and Alumnus,
4. Mooting Class by M. Arif Irfansyah as the Manager of Moot Court Development Division,
5. The 11th English Competition by Anissah Maharani as The Manager of English Development Division,
6. ALSA Legal Visit by Annisa Sidney as The Manager of Public Relation Division,
7. CLCC and LEGOS by M. Zhafran as The Manager of Social Event,
8. Journey Magazine and US NewsLetter by Muhammad Daffa Meizar as The Manager of Creative Design, and the last work program is
9. ICT Lab by Iqlima Amilga as The Manager of Multimedia.
The next agenda is Question and Answer Session, then continued by The Local Board’s Sharing Session. The last agenda is the closing statement by Dito Rizki Gaupama as Vice Director of Internal Affairs and also closing by Director of ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya then continued with an announcement about Inauguration and Rapat Umum I. The event then closed with a photo session.
