On October 9th-10th, 2021, Moot Court Study Club and Training was carried out. Moot Court Study Club and Training was held online via Zoom Cloud Meeting by explaining the criminal case processss and proceedings in criminal law such as actual judicial practice and supporting files that are needed in the trial process. Moot Court Study Club and Training held for all members of ALSA LC Unsri. This work program was held for two days with different agendas. The agenda for the first day is “Moot Court Study Club” and the agenda for the second day is “Moot Court Training”.
The first day of Moot Court Study Club and Training started with the opening ceremony by MC then the event continued with the presentation of material from the speakers. The first material is from Reyga Jelindo, S.H. which describes matters relating to the public prosecutor. The second material is from Imanuddin Arrahim, S.H. which describes matters relating to lawyers. The third material is from Wahyu Nopriadi, S.H. which describes matters relating to the judge. The event then continued with a question and answer session and a group photo session.
The Second day of Moot Court Study Club and Training started with the opening ceremony by MC then continued with a focus group discussion regarding the case of a lawsuit led by the moderator. The next event was the screening of a moot court video where the participants then tried to carry out the moot court practice as already shown. The event ended with the closing by the MC and a group photo session.
