ALSA Moot Court Study Club and Training is one of the work programs under the Moot Court Development Division, which this year adopted the theme “Mediation Course: Legal Dispute Resolution of Share Transactions in the Capital Market through Mediation — Preparation for ALSA Lex Weeks 2025.”
The event was held offline on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025, at BHP Law Firm, featuring Mr. Ahmad Samodra, S.H., M.H., Co-Managing Partner of BHP, as the guest speaker.
The agenda began with a presentation by the speaker on mediation as a mechanism for resolving disputes in the capital market. This was followed by a discussion session focused on analyzing the case position for ALSA Lex Weeks 2025. The event concluded with a mediation simulation, during which the speaker guided participants through a practical exercise based on a case scenario.
