Organizing, Leadership, and Management of ALSA was carried out on November 5th-6th, 2022.

Organizing, Leadership, and Management of ALSA (OLMA) is an annual work program to accept new members of ALSA LC Unsri. The implementation of OLMA aims to develop the commitment and leadership spirit of new ALSA LC Unsri members.
