Organizing, Leadership, and Management of ALSA (OLMA) of ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya is an annual work program under Manager of Human Resources Development Division, aimed at equipping new members with organizational, leadership, and management skills. This program also serves as part of the new member admission process, which includes the selection of King and Queen as well as the Project Officer of ALSA Friendly Night. In 2026, OLMA carried the theme “Learning to Lead, Growing to Serve,” representing the process of developing participants’ leadership skills, character, and sense of responsibility within the organization. Through a series of educational and interactive activities, OLMA is expected to help new members develop their potential and actively contribute to ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya.
