The ALSA General Meeting II and Pre-Local Deliberation work program is an activity carried out halfway through the Local Board's term of office. This year, the activity was conducted online via Zoom Meeting for the Local Board, the organizing committee, and prospective project officers at the Ilir Barat II Sub-District Office in Palembang. Participants attended the meeting online via Zoom Meeting, which included an Opening Ceremony, followed by the opening of the meeting by the Director of the ALSA Local Chapter of Sriwijaya University. This was followed by Plenary Session I, which discussed the rules of procedure, announcements, and the awarding and presentation of certificates to Project Officers who had completed their work programs. After that, the Second Plenary Session was held, which consisted of the mid-term accountability report of the ALSA Local Chapter of Sriwijaya University Local Board along with a question and answer session, followed by the election of the permanent session presidium, and continued to the Third Plenary Session which discussed the ALSA Local Chapter of Sriwijaya University's budget and the ALSA Local Chapter of Sriwijaya University's Work Guidelines. On the second day, the meeting resumed with Plenary Session III, which discussed the ALSA Local Chapter of Sriwijaya University's budget and the ALSA Local Chapter of Sriwijaya University's general work plan.
