The Pra-Musyawarah Lokal and Rapat Umum II work program is an agenda conducted during the mid-term period of the Local Board of ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya. This year, this program was held in a hybrid format, attended by the Local Board, all members, demisioners, and alumni of ALSA LC Unsri who participated either onsite at the Ilir Barat II Sub-District Office in Palembang or online via Zoom Cloud Meeting, and candidate Project Officers. The series of events commenced with an Opening Ceremony, followed by the official opening by the Director ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya.
The agenda continued with Plenary Session I, which discussed the Rules of Procedure, announcements, and the presentation of awards and certificates to Project Officers who had successfully completed their respective work programs. Subsequently, Plenary Session II was held, featuring the Mid-Term Accountability Report of the Local Board ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya, followed by a question-and-answer session.
On the second day, the meeting proceeded with the election of the Permanent Presidium before entering Plenary Session III. This session focused on the discussion of the proposed Anggaran Dasar Rumah Tanggal ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya, the proposed Garis-Garis Besar Haluan Kerja (GBHK), the proposed Director Criteria, the proposed Director Election Procedures, and the proposed agenda for Musyawarah Lokal.
As the closing session of the program, the Open Tender for Project Officers was conducted for several upcoming work programs, namely ALSA Last Gathering 2026, Pengenalan dan Penerimaan Partisipan Anggota Baru (P3AB) 2026, Organizing, Leadership, and Management of ALSA (OLMA) 2026, ALSA English Camp (E-Camp) 2026, ALSA x AMSA 2026, ALSA ICT Laboratory 2026, US Newsletter Vol. XIII, and Fervour Magazine Vol. XII.
Through this program, members of ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya were provided with the opportunity to actively participate in the organization's evaluation process while contributing to the preparation and implementation of future work programs.
