Road to ALSA Board #1 is one of the daily programs organized by the ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya to provide a deeper understanding of the structure and dynamics of the ALSA Indonesia executive board. Through this program, members are expected to gain insight about the roles, functions, and contributions of each component of the executive board at the national level.
This event was held online to provide broader access to all members. The ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya invites representatives from the ALSA National Chapter of Indonesia and alumni of the ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya to attend and deliver opening remarks and presentations on their duties, responsibilities, and experiences while fulfilling their roles at the national level.
Objectives of the Event
- To provide members with an understanding of the ALSA leadership at the national level;
- To serve as a forum for discussion for members interested in becoming ALSA executives, allowing them to speak directly with current executives; and
- To serve as a platform for identifying new potential candidates among members of the ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya become the next generation of ALSA executives.
