Seminar & Musyawarah Nasional XXXII

Seminar dan Musyawarah Nasional XXXII (SEMUNAS XXXII) is one of the national events of ALSA Indonesia, hosted this year by ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya. SEMUNAS XXXII is held over four days, this event features two main agendas, namely the Seminar Nasional with the theme "Revenge Porn: Challenges for Law, Society, and Government in Protecting Women and Future Generations" and the Musyawarah Nasional, which is the highest decision-making forum within ALSA Indonesia.

SEMUNAS XXXII carries the theme "Ayun Sios Pekeran, Sios Tujuan, Kito Pacak," which means that differences are often encountered in various situations. With 15 Local Chapters of ALSA Indonesia, the unification of thoughts is certainly needed to achieve a common goal, based on shared interests and the sustainability of ALSA. Here are the details regarding the implementation of SEMUNAS XXXII, among others:

- Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony is a series of inaugural events in Semunas XXXII aimed at welcoming the delegates. In this opening ceremony, a symbolic opening of the event was conducted to mark the official commencement of Semunas XXXII activities. The event continued with the Opening Speech delivered by representatives from the South Sumatra Provincial Government, Dean of the Faculty of Law Universitas Sriwijaya which represented by Vice Dean III the Faculty of Law Universitas Sriwijaya, the President of ALSA National Chapter Indonesia, the Director of ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijata, and the Project Officer of Semunas XXXII.

- Seminar Nasional

As part of ALSA's commitment to legal education, a national seminar in the form of a talk show was held, allowing participants to actively engage eith experts from academia, civil society, law ecforcement, and government.

- Musyawarah Nasional

The series of events that constitute the main agenda of the Semunas XXXI activities aim to discuss the management of ALSA Indonesia over the past year and to elect the next Presiden of ALSA Indonesia. Two sessions take place during the Musyawarah Nasional, namely the Plenary Session and the Commission Session, each with a different discussion agenda.
