On Monday, January 11st, 2021 at 14.00 WIB, the ALSA English in Your Area # 1 activity took place via Zoom Cloud Meetings. This activity is daily from the English Development Division which aims to develop the english skills of members of ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya while at the same time will create a good teamwork between members.
This event began with the opening by MC, which was guided by Putri Grace and continued with the Opening Speech. The first opening speech was delivered by the Person in Charge ALSA Speaking Class #1, Zhafira Arista Puspita Ningrum, and also the opening speech from the Director of ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya, Fadhlan Taufiqurrahman. Before entering the next agenda, there were 8 groups divided into the Purple Team, Black Team, Red Team, White Team, Lylac Team, Orange Team, Green Team, and Blue Team. After that, the event continued with the games session which was divided into 4 games. The first game is
Spelling Bee which was guided by Daffa Athallah, the second game is Last Word which was guided by Abid Bagas, the third game is Charades which was guided by Niken Nareswari, and the last game is Gartic games which was guided by Javier Edbert.. After the games session was finished, it was continued with awarding for the winners of the games and giving certificate to the person in charge of ALSA English in Your Area # 1 with photo session and closing of the
MC.
