ALSA Member Upgrading #1 was carried out on August 18th, 2022.
One of the main tasks and functions of the Human Resources Development Division is to organize human resources empowerment and improvement activities in the ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Sriwijaya, this goal is realized by the ALSA Member Upgrading work program, which aims to improve the Soft Skills and Hard Skills of members to produce ALSA Local Chapter HR Quality Universitas Sriwijaya. ALSA Member Upgrade #1 is titled "Speak With Confident". The agenda discussed the basics of public speaking, techniques, and how to deliver good presentations and workshops.
